How I work.

Discovery

I start by talking to stakeholders and users directly, run competitive research, and audit existing systems to understand real constraints before designing anything.

Design

I move between Figma and code early, building wireframes and hi-fi mockups alongside a reusable design system, and prototyping directly in code when it answers questions faster than a mockup can.

Build

I write production code myself, in React, React Native, or Swift, using tools like Cursor and Claude Code to move faster without cutting corners on quality.

Iterate

I run usability and A/B tests, bring work back to stakeholders for review, and keep refining post-launch based on real user feedback and analytics.
